Yesterday was my last day at Electronic Arts (EA)
What made EA a great company for me was, above all, the people I had the privilege to work with and for.
I want to express my gratitude to my leaders:
Alan Sayle — for trusting me to start and run the EARO Farm, which grew into probably one of the best automation farms at EA.
Adrian Vaduva — for his remarkable ability to keep everyone on track and make the whole truly greater than the sum of its parts.
David King — for his direct, blunt, and straightforward leadership.
Joseph Cotton — for showing me that you should follow your passion, no matter what.
A special thank you to Andreea Ciolofan — without her passion and commitment to quality management, I simply could not have handled the entire workload from start the EARO FARM to the peak to the finish .
And to all the people I had the chance to interact with over these 10+ years —analysts, stakeholders, friends and others – far more than I could ever mention in a single post — I wish you one simple but important thing:
May your work always be interesting, meaningful, and worth your time.
