Business Account Agreement

Identity theft is on the rise and we want to remind you of some of the things you can do to protect your identity. We may amend our articles of association and all the terms of this agreement. The rules on changing dividend rates have been made available separately. Message from us to each and every one of you is a message to all of you. We reserve the right to modify, modify, supplement or delete, without notice, the terms of this Agreement and any documents or agreements contained therein, unless prescribed by law and provided for in writing at the time of account opening. A change may be a change to existing account terms, a change that includes new account terms, and a change that involves adding new terms that you or we have not considered elsewhere at the time of receipt of this agreement. Any changes are effective immediately, unless otherwise stated in a message we send you. If you have an agreement (except this Agreement) with the Credit Union that regulates electronic or other messages or instructions, the terms of this Agreement apply instead of the foregoing. Your bank statements and messages are sent to the address we have registered for the account. If you do not receive your return, it is your duty to inform us.

Bank statements are available in our online banking service; Registration for the service is required. Deposit accounts of agents, partnerships, limited partnerships and fictitious names must provide the credit union with valid documentation of fiduciary contracts, court decisions, partnership agreements, limited partnerships, articles of association and a fictitious company name declaration filed. . . .
