Aep Agreement

NEW YORK, NY (July 1, 2020) – A subsidiary of Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (“CIP”) has reached an agreement to sell the power of the planned 400 MW panther wind turbine in Illinois to AEP Energy. COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ — American Electric Power`s (NASDAQ: AEP) subsidiary AEP Energy Partners has signed a long-term power purchase agreement with the Atlanta Farms Solar Project, currently being developed by Savion, a renewable energy developer, for the project`s planned 200 MW capacity in Pickaway Co Ohio. “We are pleased to announce this long-term renewable energy contract between the Panther Grove Wind Project and AEP Energy. This is an important milestone and the transaction highlights the strength of the project and the growing demand for green energy.
