Gia Client Agreement

We share your personal data (see “Types of Personal Data We Collect” about the types of personal data we use together) to other GIA-associated companies and use it in common: to help us provide the services you request, including transferring your Gems to another location for evaluation; for counts and recoveries; To host your data to help us with our marketing efforts; to help us meet our legal compliance obligations, such as validating your ability to do business with us, for example. B; the protection of our rights and property, as well as the rights and property of others; and for other purposes, as defined in this communication and authorized by existing legislation. The processing manager is responsible for your personal data used in conjunction with other related GIA companies. Depending on where you submit your gems, all your personal data will be transferred and stored on our site in India or the United States. We rely on agreements based on standard contractual clauses to effectively transmit your personal data to those countries outside the European Economic Area. If you are an existing customer, you will be contacted by your representative to update your account. As part of your customer relationship with GIA, GIA collects personal data about you (online, in person or through other means) from the following sources: directly from you; By your employer or any other organization in your organization Related businesses, including subsidiaries and branches; by service providers; and automatically when you access GIA customer sites. GIA (“GIA-Clientsites”) customer sites automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. The information includes Internet Protocol addresses (“IP”), the region or general location where your computer or device accesses the Internet, browser type, operating system and other user information about your use of GIA customer sites.

We use this information to better target our services to meet the needs of our users. We can also use your IP address to diagnose problems with our server and manage GIA customer sites, analyze trends, track visitor movements and collect comprehensive demographic information that helps us identify visitor preferences. Once the customer agreement is signed and you have submitted your application online, you will receive a customer number via email.
