Dta Collective Agreement
Our mission is to transform the services of the state for all. We want a representative workforce of the Australian community. This diversity helps us better understand people`s needs and create better services. We follow an agile, user-centric process. This means that we have a strong sense of teamwork and can implement effective government services based on user needs. More information can be found in our terms and conditions in our current enterprise agreement (PDF, 538KB). We implement programs to support and develop diverse staff and encourage people from all walks of life to join the DTA. We salute and appreciate the diversity of each employee. While we have offices in Canberra and Sydney, some of our employees also work remotely and flexibly from a multitude of locations. We are members of the Australian Public Service and have a number of values that help us in the way we work.
