I don`t see why I`m guilty on forclosed hone, if my name wasn`t on the loan contract no deed or wants to leave, but I live in the house of my mother`s deceased, so I do not understand why I have to be evacuated because of this situation and every time you try to get the information on the loan ticket you can not dicudis, because your name was not on the loan please help me to take action, if ever you can deal with the death of one of your tenants, you can save potential legal problems and will help you keep the costs to a minimum.
